Deposit
A 20% deposit is required upon booking the accommodation (payable by bank transfer, cash or cheque)
Balance
The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival or in full if less than 4 weeks at time of booking
Cancellation
In the event of cancelling, please advise us immediately. We shall make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are successful we will refund your payment, less a handling charge of £25. If we are unable to re-let, all moniies are forfeited. We strongly recommend that you have adequate Holiday Insurance.
Liability
We do not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of, any guest's property, car or contents, whether inside or outside the cottage.
Damages and Cleaning
The cottages should be left clean and tidy, in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reseve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
Arrival and Departure
Incoming - 3pm onwards Outgoing - by 10am
Guest Numbers
Damson Cottage accommodates two and Crabtree Cottage accommodates six and are let on the understanding that parties do not exceed that number.
Bicycles and other large items
Bicycles and other large leisure items should not be taken into or stored in the cottages. Outside storage is available. Sorry no pets allowed
No Smoking
The cottages are let on a No - Smoking basis.
