Crabtree cottage is the larger of the two cottages, sleeping 6 people in three bedrooms.
It is an ideal location for exploring the Derbyshire Dales and Peak District.

The cottage has a comfortable double bedroom with views of the surrounding countryside. Also on the ground floor is a pretty twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath with shower over.
Stairs lead up from the kitchen to a further attractive twin bedroom which has views along the valley.
Four steps down from the kitchen to the sitting room with its arched window at the front, and patio doors at the rear with views of the surrounding hills.

Facilities
Flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Radio and a selection of books and games are provided for your entertainment and relaxation after a day exploring the Dales. A well equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A separate shared utility room houses a deep freezer, washing machine and ironing facilities.

The cottages are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and we ask you to leave by 10am on the morning of your departure
For the comfort of all our guests, all the properties are totally non-smoking and we regret pets are not permitted. We have internet access in both Holiday Cottages.
